TERMS OF SERVICE
By accepting a commission from me, you automatically accept these terms.
★ ART RULES ★
– All the art that I draw is content for promotion, if you do not want the art to be published and you have special rights to it, then it will be subject to an additional price.– The art drawn as commissions can be used in advertisements and posts with examples of my work.– You cannot make changes to my art yourself: repaint, add or remove details.– All the sketches that were rejected by the customer can be used by me to create art and drawings based on them.
★ TECHNICAL TASK ★
Ⅰ
‧Character's reference‧– Specify the biological type of the character. If it is a hybrid, then list the animals included in it and whose features predominate in one or another part of the body.
– Some character details may vary in terms of style.
– When ordering art (except for custom/reference) without a reference, try to avoid a lot of textual description. With a large number of details in the color of the character, I recommend filling out any available free-line yourself, schematically noting the necessary details.

‧Order description‧– A detailed and clear description of the terms of reference
– As examples, you can attach media content (photos, videos, sketches)
– Try not to disassemble the terms of reference for many messages if there is no reason for this.
– Do not send technical task in voice message format.
★ CORRECTIONS ★
– Minor edits are made free of charge and only at the sketch stage.– Major edits: these include a change in posture, angle, and change of clothes. Such edits are subject to a price surcharge and may amount to 1/3 of the total cost of the order. Try to plan your order in advance.– Edits after the finished work are excluded.As soon as I start working on the order and make a sketch, I notify you about it.
During the drawing process, I send the steps so that we can make adjustments to the drawing immediately.
★ DEADLINE ★
I draw without a deadline.
– I can guide you by approximate dates when this or that part of the work will be ready, but I will not set an exact deadline.
– I do not accept urgent orders.
– Full-fledged work can take me from 1 month to six months, depending on the scale and level of the render.
– If you are worried about art, then you can always ask me to send you WIPs of the work.
★ Payment ★

‧Where does the payment go‧– I accept payment only through the BOOSTY or HIPOLINK
– For payment, you can use a donation to the author on Boosty or buying a case from the products section on Hipolink

‧Payment stages‧The payment takes place in two stages:
1) We agree on the technical task, after which you make a 50% prepayment so that I can add you to the queue list.2) After the prepayment, I start work and send you a sketch, which we edit and approve. After that, the remaining 50% of the payment is made and I bring the work to the finish line and send you a high-resolution file.Important:
– If major edits were made during the work, which are subject to a price, then their price is plus the price of the art and is paid together at the second stage of payment.
– It is also possible to pay in excess of the original price list of the order in case the customer wanted extra versions for art.
★ Rejection of the art ★
‧From the customer's side‧
– If you refuse art at any stage, the prepayment will not be refunded. If the sketch is completed at that time, then I give it to you for personal use.
‧From the artist's side‧
– By refusing the order for my part, I will refund your money and close the order.
★ Communication - how to do it ★
– Do not use a large number of slangs and abbreviations to avoid misunderstandings.– Please do not rush me to complete the order in the coming days.– Refrain from messages not related to the order and follow the chain of command.– Try to avoid dialogues on religion/politics/philosophy.
